Goodbye Huish and Smith

Hi everyone¡ This week was amazing¡ Hermana Santana is great and hermana Reyes and hermana Perez and we have been having a lot of fun times. Hermana reyes and hermana perez are both like 4'10" so I always feel like a giant. So we had transfers this week. We went to the capilla to drop huish and smith off (which was super sad) and we somehow convinced the assistants to let us go on the transfer bus which drives all the capital missionaries out to Azua. Usually it goes out and gets back by 12 BUT the tire blew twice. Once when we were in the middle of nowhere and it was so hot and we had to wait an hour and a half. Santana and I were in charge of getting missionaries off and on and it was a lot of fun and I got to see Azua again¡ Long story short, we got home at 8:30 at night SO tired, mostly because the night before we had slept for a whopping 45 minutes.

We have had a fun week of contacting and great stuff like that. We had an amazing lesson with R and Elder Cornish. Elder Cornish taught the plan of salvation and wow! Powerful. I learned so much, and the best part was that R. loved it and agreed with everything. He has changed so much in the last 4 months it's crazy. We are convinced that elder Cornish will be an apostle within the next couple of years. So when he talks in general conference about the one time he taught with the sister missionaries in the D.R. you will know that it was us.

So the familia de C... we love them SO much. We have had some amazing lessons with them and they went to church again on Sunday. Last night we had a lesson with them and they were all talking about the church and how peaceful they feel and how much they love it. The brother of the mom and his wife, who are members, were in the lessons and there were lots of tears from everyone.  We put a fecha with them for the 13th of September. We also put a fecha with the romanian man who went to church again yesterday for the 20th of september. I feel so blessed to be in piantini for my last transfer. So many blessings and miracles.
